INcare Solutions, LLC ia an agency committed to addressing the challenges that confront individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and their families. By providing support today, we are creating strong foundations for success tomorrow for children, adults who participate in the Medicaid Waiver program and their families. Our main funding sources are the Community Integration and Habilitation Waiver and the Family Support Waiver.
